Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

Please carefully review your registration details, family-member names, contact number and delivery address before completing your order.

2. No Refund Policy

All confirmed orders are non-refundable. Once an order is placed, no refund will be issued for cancellation requests or a change of mind.

Please ensure that all information is correct before completing your payment.

This policy does not exclude any refund or remedy that may be required under applicable law.

3. Return to Origin (RTO) Policy

RTO (Return to Origin) occurs when a courier cannot successfully deliver a parcel and returns it to the sender.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, a valid contact number and other required shipping details.

Hanuman Sankalp is not responsible for RTO resulting from circumstances such as:

• An incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided during registration.
• The recipient being unavailable or unreachable.
• The recipient refusing to accept the parcel.
• Failed delivery attempts due to recipient-related issues.

If your parcel is marked as RTO or returned to the sender, please contact us at contact.hanumansankalp@gmail.com for assistance.

RTO cases will be reviewed individually. Any redelivery or other resolution will be communicated based on the circumstances and applicable requirements. An RTO does not automatically qualify an order for a refund.

4. Payment Errors and Duplicate Transactions

If your payment is deducted more than once for the same order, or your payment is deducted without a confirmed registration, please contact us with your order ID and transaction reference so we can verify the issue.

Verified duplicate payments and other payment issues will be handled in accordance with applicable law and payment-provider procedures.
